Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable jewellery.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and customer communications professionally.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Indian jewellery, designs, gemstones, diamonds, gold, bridal jewellery, and traditional jewellery categories.
Understand customer preferences and provide personalised product recommendations.
Assist customers through the complete sales process, from product selection to billing and after-sales service.
Build and maintain a strong client database and actively generate repeat business and referrals.
Support VIP and high-value customers with a high level of service and attention to detail.
Maintain excellent showroom presentation and ensure jewellery is displayed according to brand standards.
Coordinate with the operations, inventory, and management teams to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfilment.
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate them when required.
Stay updated on new collections, products, promotions, and jewellery trends.
Follow all company policies relating to sales, security, inventory handling, billing, and customer service.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must have previous work experience with an Indian jewellery brand.
Candidates without prior experience working for an Indian jewellery brand will not be considered.
The ideal candidate should have:
2+ years of relevant jewellery retail sales experience for Sales Associate.
4+ years of relevant jewellery retail sales experience for Senior Sales Associate.
Previous experience with a recognised Indian jewellery brand.
Strong knowledge of Indian jewellery and bridal jewellery.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
