Location: Dhoby Ghaut
Duration: 2 year direct contract (Renewable)
Working hours: 6 days/week rotating
- Shift 1: 9am - 5pm
- Shift 2: 12pm - 8pm
- Shift 3 : 2pm - 10pm
Salary: up to $3200+ Bonus
Job scope
- Manage the customer service counter, VIP lounge, and messaging channels, delivering exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries, reservations, feedback, and complaints.
- Conduct regular mall rounds to inspect common areas and retail spaces, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.
- Support the planning and execution of mall promotions, events, and VIP/member engagement activities, including guest registration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote and educate customers on loyalty programmes, digital services, and promotional campaigns while encouraging programme participation.
- Liaise with retailers to provide operational support, facilitate loyalty programme redemptions, and assist with basic system-related enquiries.
- Perform administrative duties, manage incoming/outgoing calls, paging, lost & found services, and other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirement
- Min O Levels
- Min 1-2 years of relevant exp
- Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Required to work on 6 days rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
