Key Responsibilities:
Patient Registration & Coordination
- Handle patient registration and ensure personal details are correctly recorded in the system.
- Coordinate clinic appointments, hospital admissions, discharges and transfers.
- Verify patients’ eligibility for subsidies, insurance coverage and financial support.
Front Desk & Patient Assistance
- Respond to enquiries from patients and visitors in person, by phone or through online channels.
- Explain clinic processes, expected waiting times and the next steps for patients.
- Monitor queues and help maintain an orderly flow of patients in service areas.
Billing & Payment Services
- Prepare bills and assist patients with payment matters, including MediShield Life, Medisave and insurance claims.
- Collect payments and help resolve simple billing queries.
- Liaise with the Finance team to follow up on complicated billing issues.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Update patient information and maintain accurate records in hospital systems.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments to support daily operations.
- Carry out general administrative duties and assist with other tasks when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
