Responsibilities
- Handle procurement and tendering activities in compliance with procurement policies.
- Prepare procurement documents, specifications, and evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on project requirements, budgets, and sourcing needs.
- Conduct market research and engage suppliers.
- Evaluate proposals and support contract award and project execution.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of procurement experience.
- Knowledge of Government Procurement guidelines is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive team player with good stakeholder management skills.
