Job Responsibilities
1. Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience.
2. Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services
3. Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or product
Job Requirement
Must be able to commit at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend in a week.
Working hours
Shift 1: 1240 to 2100 (1 hour break)
Shift 2: 1440 to 2300 (1 hour break)
Salary
$11.41 / hour
$12.41 / hour (Public Holiday)
