About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead and drive the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy. The role involves managing a training team, developing impactful learning programs, and ensuring employee development initiatives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the training team.
Identify learning needs and implement effective training solutions.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs across the organization.
Establish and track training KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR to address capability gaps.
Support talent development, succession planning, and employee growth.
Prepare reports and present training outcomes to stakeholders.
Stay updated on learning technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
At least 2 years of people management or leadership experience preferred.
Strong training program design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Experience developing and implementing L&D strategies.
Knowledge of instructional design, learning technologies, and modern training methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
