We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and sales-driven individual to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, discovering brands and creating great shopping experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide attentive customer service and share product information confidently.
- Work towards store sales targets and build relationships that encourage repeat visits.
- Handle payments and cashier duties accurately.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Receive, organise and replenish stock, and assist with inventory checks.
- Keep merchandise displays attractive and the store clean and organised.
- Assist with online customer enquiries, order preparation and promotional activities.
- Support social media content and live-selling activities when required.
Requirements
- Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) and Malaysians are welcome to apply.
- Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.
- Interested in fashion, accessories and discovering new brands.
- Responsible, organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-driven and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Preferably at least one year of retail or customer service experience. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Willing to learn product details, store systems and digital sales tools.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with social media or live selling is a plus.
Working Hours
- 5-day work week, totalling 44 hours per week.
- 2 rostered rest days per week.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
