Full-time | Monday to Friday, office hours | Downtown MRT
What makes this sales role different is simple, you will not only be approaching strangers.
We work with one of Singapore’s leading telecommunications providers. Their business customers already rely on them for phone lines, internet and office systems. Your role is to reconnect with these businesses, understand how their needs have changed, and help them find the right solutions for where they are today.
Consider a café that has recently opened its second outlet, or an office that has grown from 5 to 15 employees but is still on its original plan. This is where you come in. 📈
What You Will Be Doing
- Meet existing and new business customers face to face
- Review their current services and identify what no longer meets their needs
- Recommend suitable upgrades and add-on services
- Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work towards weekly targets together with your team
To be transparent, this role comes with targets, and not every customer will say yes. However, speaking with customers who already trust the brand is very different from cold selling.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, retail, F&B or customer service, with an enjoyment of speaking to people
- Confidence in communicating with business owners
- Resilience and a steady attitude, even on slower days
