🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise, train and support junior kitchen staff
- Monitor stock levels and kitchen inventory
- Minimize food wastage and control food costs
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Work closely with the kitchen team to improve efficiency and service standards
✅ Requirements
- Experience in Japanese cuisine or high-volume kitchen environments preferred
- Strong culinary skills with leadership or supervisory experience
- Able to guide and motivate kitchen team members
- Good communication, teamwork and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
