Job Responsibilities
- Check and verify company assets at offices and project sites.
- Label and update asset records to keep information accurate.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with reconciliation.
- Follow up on missing assets or differences in records.
- Work with relevant departments to update asset information.
- Assist with general accounting and administrative duties when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Able to start immediately and commit for 2 months.
