💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
- Gross: $2,300–$2,450/month
- 5-day work week
- Staff discount
- 12 days annual leave, prorated after 3 months
🕒 WORKING HOURS
- Cashier: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays. 88 hours over 2 consecutive weeks, based on store operating hours of 10:00 AM – 9:45 PM.
- Admin: Monday–Friday, 10:45 AM – 8:30 PM.
📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers, handle enquiries and provide friendly service
- Process cashier transactions, payments and receipts accurately
- Support membership promotions and store sales
- Perform administrative duties, data entry, filing and document processing
- Handle SAP documents, including invoice verification and goods receipts
- Answer phone calls and replenish office supplies
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and stocktaking
- Maintain a tidy store environment and support daily operations
🌟 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
- Retail, cashiering, sales, customer service, hospitality or administrative experience is an advantage
- O-Level qualification; 2 years of relevant experience encouraged, especially for administrative duties
- MS Office proficiency and computer literacy
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet the relevant working-hour requirements
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
