Description
• Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point-of-Sale) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Handle cash collections and withdrawals, and reconcile all transactions at the end of each shift.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of operational supplies, such as receipt rolls and STEB bags.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Stay informed of and comply with duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations.
• Deliver world-class service and an excellent customer experience at all times by engaging customers, practising suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
• Act as a front-line ambassador for the company, upholding its brand image and standards.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Must be 21 years old and above due to the sale and supply of tobacco products.
• Must be available to work 3–5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to commit to the full employment period till 31 December 2026.
