Temporary Customer Service Officer | West Area
S$12 - 15 / ஒரு மணிநேரத்திற்கு
📍Location: West area
📅Contract Period: 26 October 2026 to 25 April 2027
⏰Working Hours:
- 5 days week, between Monday to Sunday
- Shift 1: 9am to 6pm
- Shift 2: 1pm to 10pm
Job scope:
- Manage walk-in, phone and email enquiries, including customer feedback and complaints
- Process course and event registrations, including payment collection and system updates.
- Maintain accurate financial records and transaction documentation.
- Support facility operations and related administrative matters.
- Assist with receipt issuance and invoicing processes.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administration and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
