About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & HR Executive to join our team. This role bridges marketing communications and human resources functions, allowing you to develop expertise across multiple business-critical areas. You will play a key part in supporting our internal communications strategy whilst also contributing to our external marketing initiatives, making a direct impact on both employee engagement and brand visibility. This role offers excellent scope for growth and development within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
Create and manage marketing collateral, including promotional materials, digital content, and company communications
Manage social media accounts and digital marketing channels to strengthen brand presence and reach
Coordinate company events, staff engagement activities and team-building initiatives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and positioning
Maintain and update company databases and records for both marketing and HR functions
Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, announcements and internal communications
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Support the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening and interview scheduling
Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures documentation
Assist with onboarding processes and employee induction programmes
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Proven experience in marketing communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
Proficiency and familiarity with digital marketing platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relatio
