🌟 F&B Outlet Assistants 🌟
• Extend good customer service to customers 
• Assist in preparing food & beverages, including noodles & toast (preferable if having experiences of making Nangyang Kopi or in kitchen)
• Assist in operations such as cashiering, taking orders, opening and closing of stall
• Following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure good hygiene standards
• General housekeeping of outlet

🌟 Logistics & Procurement Executive🌟(must possess class-3 driver license)

• Verify daily stock, conduct audits, and enforce FEFO practices for accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure goods and temperature-sensitive ingredients reach outlets on time with zero downtime.
• Maintain delivery vehicles in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition, adhering to traffic regulations.
• Collect invoices, daily outlet sales, money-changing floats, and required materials between outlets and HQ.
• Raise, process, and track daily/weekly POs for raw materials, packaging, and outlet consumables.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor market trends affecting supply chain.
• Perform comparative costing, track landed costs and delivery accuracy, and resolve stock/invoice discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience relevant to the relative roles (preferable in F&B industry)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently & interpersonal skills
• Energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Available to start immediately or short notice period
