Job Summary
- 💰 Basic Salary: $2,600/month
- 📍 Working Location: Ubi
- 📅 Contract Duration: 1 Nov 2026 – 31 Mar 2027
- 🗓️ Working Days: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend
- 🕒 Shift 1: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- 🕒 Shift 2: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist with daily operations and ensure smooth coordination of activities.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Support team members with operational and administrative tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior customer service or administrative experience will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
- Able to commit to the full 5-month contract period.
