  • Basic salary up to $3,500 + overtime pay
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Central location near Orchard MRT

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and day-to-day operations of a private family residence.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining household areas.
  • Carry out basic maintenance, simple DIY repairs, and garden upkeep.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the residence and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for household repairs and vehicle servicing.
  • Maintain and wash the owners’ vehicles, and provide chauffeuring services when required.
  • Perform other estate-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
  • Willing to work overtime on weekdays, with working hours potentially extending up to 12 hours per day. Overtime pay will be provided.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate good time management.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, F&B, or estate maintenance is an advantage
