We are looking for Facility Technicians to join our Facilities team in a permanent role. You will work closely with Engineers and the Facilities team to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of building facilities and equipment.
Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,300 per month
Location: Pioneer
Company bus: Islandwide company bus transport available
Working Hours (4334) Fixed (Can Choose):
Shift A: 8:00am – 8:15pm
Shift B: 8:00pm – 8:15am
Jobscope:
- Assist Engineers and the Facilities team with preventive maintenance, breakdown services, routine monitoring and facilities upgrading works.
- Perform daily monitoring and recording of facilities equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdowns.
- Assist the team in ensuring efficient use of utilities and resources.
- Perform building maintenance and related facilities works.
- Support Engineers in maintaining proper maintenance documentation and records.
- Follow ISO-standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with established requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
