🛠️ 📌 Job Responsibilities
- 👥 Lead and supervise a team of 10–20 technicians in daily cleanroom operations.
- 📋 Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet production targets.
- 🧼 Ensure compliance with cleanroom procedures, SOPs, safety regulations and quality standards.
- 🔧 Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- 📊 Monitor work quality and resolve operational issues.
- 🤝 Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- 🎓 Train and guide team members to maintain high work standards.
✅ 📌 Job Requirements
- 👥 Must have experience leading a team of 10–20 staff.
- Must have cleanroom working experience.
- 🌙 Must be willing to work permanent night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
