Responsibilities:
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment across all outlets.
• Maintain equipment records, warranties and service contracts, and plan replacements.
• Prepare simple troubleshooting guides for outlet teams.
• Prioritise repair requests, especially those affecting service or food safety.
• Coordinate vendors, verify repairs, arrange backup equipment and investigate recurring faults.
• Provide first-line support for POS systems, kiosks, payment terminals, printers, tablets, digital menus, Wi-Fi and CCTV.
• Work with IT vendors on technical issues, upgrades and device security.
• Manage user access, software updates and spare equipment.
• Support new-outlet openings, including layouts, landlord approvals, contractors, equipment and technology setup.
• Track project timelines, flag risks and complete final checks and handovers.
• Ensure electrical and gas works are handled by licensed contractors.
• Conduct monthly audits covering food safety, hygiene, temperature logs and operational checklists.
• Track licences, pest control schedules and food-handler certifications.
• Support inspections and follow up on findings.
• Maintain safety equipment and organise manuals, drawings, warranties and permits.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years’ experience in F&B or retail operations; multi-outlet experience preferred.
• Practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting and outlet support.
• Strong organisational skills and follow-through.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables and basic charts.
• Clear communication with outlet teams, managers, suppliers and contractors.
