Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Retail Home System
- Position Title: Smart Home Consultant
- Working Location: Tampines North Drive
- Working Hours: 5.5 days Retail Shift Day Work (Mon-Fri: 10am-6pm, Sat-Sun: 10am-5pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,200 - $4,400 + Comm
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their smart home needs
- Demonstrate smart home products and features clearly
- Find and follow up with new potential customers
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals
- Negotiate and finalize sales to achieve targets
- Keep up-to-date with new smart home products and trends
- Advise clients on the best products and system setups
- Work with technical teams for smooth installation and integration
- Provide prompt and helpful support after sales
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Work with marketing to attract new clients
- Coordinate with project managers to deliver services on time
- Take part in team meetings and help improve sales strategies
