Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Facility Management
- Position Title: Air-Con Technician
- Working Location: Bishan
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days; Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs various types and brands of air conditioners for commercial and residential properties.
- Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems.
- Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
- Replaces components such as air con compressors and fan coil motors as needed.
- Troubleshoots faulty air-con systems and provides effective solutions.
- Performs servicing at customers' premises, including chemical washes, chemical overhauls and general maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Minimum GCE O-Level.
- Experience in air-conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel to customers' premises for servicing and maintenance works.
