Who We Are Looking For?
As a Temporary Marketing Admin Assistant, you will support Watsons Singapore’s in-house social media team in executing day-to-day content, community management and campaign operations. You will work closely with the Social Media Lead and Executive to ensure smooth execution.
What Awaits You:
Community Management
- Support customer responses via social platforms and Freshchat.
- Follow response templates and escalate when needed.
- Maintain logs (SAP, trackers) and support 2-minute response KPI.
- Weekdays (Excluding Public Holidays)
- Office Hours (9:30am – 6:30pm):
- Daily community management with 6 check-ins at the following times: 9:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm.
- Weekends & Public Holidays
- Community management coverage with 3 check-ins daily at: 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 10:00pm.
Operations & Coordination
- Process and track Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain daily trackers and reporting sheets.
- Support campaign setup and coordination.
- Work with internal teams for approvals and asset collection.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Retail/eCommerce or related disciplines
- Preferably with relevant Digital Marketing experience in Retail/eCommerce
- Detail-oriented and organised with strong interest in social media
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow structured processes
- Good command of English; both written and spoken
- Good command of Mandarin to support content translation needs
- Experience in CapCut (or equivalent video editing), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
