- Acquire new customers and grow the retail banking customer portfolio through referrals, networking and proactive sales activities.
- Promote banking products and solutions, including deposits, personal loans, credit cards and wealth-related products, where applicable.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.
- Achieve individual sales targets while adhering to the bank’s compliance and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in retail banking sales, relationship management, financial services or customer acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
