Join our dynamic Food & Beverage team as a Kitchen Supervisor!!
We welcome individuals seeking flexible working arrangements with comprehensive training provided ! This role offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about the food and beverage industry to deliver exceptional dining experiences whilst maintaining flexibility in work schedules

Expected Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and manage kitchen assistants and part-time staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, and quality consistency.
- Conduct inventory management and stock control.
- Coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Train and onboard new kitchen employees.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements and cost-control measures.
- Menu Creation and propose ideas to the existing menu as and when nec
- Handle operational issues and provide solutions during service periods.
Job Requirements
• Passion for the food and beverage industry with a strong service-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior F&B experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
