Admin Support Officer @ MOE Schools | Islandwide
📍Location: MOE Schools Islandwide
📅Contract Duration: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
⏰Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: Between 6.45am and 6.00pm (depending on school assignment)
- Please note that actual working hours may vary and are subject to the school's operational requirement
Job scope:
- Manage front desk operations and attend to enquiries from students, parents, staff and visitors
- Handle visitor registration and security sign-in/out procedures
- Monitor student attendance, follow up on absentees, and process late arrivals and early dismissals
- Provide basic first aid to unwell or injured students
- Coordinate deliveries, incoming mail and loan items
- Assist with data entry, filing, reports, documentation and record management
- Provide admin and logistical support for examinations, school programmes, events and activities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- At least 3 years of reception and administrative experience in an MOE school environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- First Aid certification will be an advantage
