Salary: $2,000‑$3,000+ monthly, based on working experience, with performance‑based commission. Compensation package can be negotiated for outstanding talents.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and serve walk‑in customers, introduce desserts and beverages, answer enquiries and provide good customer service.
Prepare desserts, drinks and light snacks following standard SOP; responsible for food plating and packing to ensure consistent quality and service efficiency.
Operate POS system, handle dine‑in, takeaway and online orders, complete payment collection and daily account checking accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of service counter, dining area and equipment, follow Singapore food hygiene standards for daily sanitization.
Check daily stock of raw materials and packaging supplies, perform restocking, inventory recording and regular stocktaking to avoid shortage and wastage.
Follow store scheduling and management arrangement; assist during peak hours, new product launches and in‑store promotions; cooperate with team for daily store operations.
Job Requirements
No minimum education required. At least 1 year relevant working experience. Full training will be provided.
Able to communicate in basic English and Chinese to serve local customers.
Hardworking, service‑oriented and responsible. Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays according to store schedule.
Positive working attitude, stable and willing for long‑term employ
