Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing
- Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
- Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat:9am-1pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2300 + AWS + Medical & Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and on time.
- Monitor deliveries of raw materials and arrange stocks according to the FIFO system.
- Manage warehouse processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure minimum inventory is maintained and support future production planning.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory checks and audits, and prepare inventory reports for raw materials, packaging materials,.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, including receiving and distribution areas.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of warehouse-related documents. Carry out other duties or tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

- Minimum Secondary or O-Level qualification.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Forklift License will be advantage
