CoCo ICHIBANYA, the renowned Japanese curry restaurant chain, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, and delivering excellent operational results.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
Manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and labour costs.
Monitor restaurant sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Control food costs, inventory, wastage, and operating expenses.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in compliance with Singapore regulations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
Conduct regular stock checks, inventory management, and ordering.
Prepare daily sales reports and monitor restaurant performance.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
Experience in casual dining or chain restaurant operations is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and inventory management.
Customer-oriented with a positive and hands-on working attitude.
Able to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Food Safety Course Level 3 certification is an advantage.
