Job Scope:
- Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
- Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
- Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
- Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
- Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level with customer service or frontline experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and calm under pressure
Working Hours / Location:
- Better work life balance! 4 ON 2 OFF Schedule
- Day Shift: 5:30am to 3:30pm (company transport)
- Night Shift: 3pm to 1am (company transport)
- Location: Changi Airport
