What you'll be doing
- Assist patients with registration, wayfinding and general enquiries
- Coordinate patient flow and queue management to support efficient clinic operations
- Provide frontline support to patients and caregivers, ensuring a positive service experience
- Work closely with healthcare teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows
- Identify service gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience
- Perform administrative and operational duties to support day-to-day clinic activities
What we're looking for
- A Levels and above
- Relevant experience in healthcare, customer service or frontline operations is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
