தளவாட நிர்வாகி (செயல்பாடு/ 3PL/ கிழக்கு)
- Supports day to day Ocean, Air and Road Freight operations.
- Shipment planning consists of Air, LCL, FCL, Breakbulk etc.
- Haulage arrangements.
- Customs clearance declaration.
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipments.
- Handling Import and Export shipments & documentation from A to Z.
- Troubleshooting and attending to customer complaints/ disputes/ ministry/ official authority.
- Ensure all enquirers are responded to within the shortest possible time frame.
- To obtain pricing and generate complete/competitive quotation base on customer’s requirements.
- Follow up with customer, overseas agents and overseas offices on quotations/ proposal and negotiate to a closure.
- Collaborate with Sales and Commercial on maintenance of customers.
- Monitor billing and ensure timely invoicing.
- Involvement in ad-hoc duties and assignments may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements
- ITE OR Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent qualifications.
- 1–3 years of relevant freight forwarding experience, particularly those with Sea Freight exposure will be preferred.
