Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will handle incoming shipments, product sorting, hand-carry operation tasks, and basic inventory data keying.
Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are strictly welcome — on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Sorting: Receive incoming goods, perform careful sorting, and organise stock accurately in designated warehouse areas.
- Hand Carry & Daily Operations: Assist with hand-carry operation tasks and day-to-day warehouse workflows to support timely order fulfillment.
- Loading & Unloading: Handle physical loading, unloading, picking, and packing of items according to operational standards.
- Data Entry (Excel): Perform simple data entry, update inventory records, and log operational details accurately using MS Excel.
- Teamwork: Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with team members to keep operations smooth.
Requirements:
- Education: GCE O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: No experience required / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking team members, vendors, or suppliers.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy, including simple data entry skills in MS Excel.
- Attributes: Punctual, attentive to detail, adaptable, and a team player with a strong willingness to learn.
Working Location: 7 Changi South Street 2, Level 1, Xilin Districentre, Bldg C, Singapore 486415
Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Saturday).
