Sales Support Executive, $3,000 (Commonwealth)
Location: Commonwealth (Near MRT)
Salary: $2,800 – $3,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.45pm
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to the Business Development team.
- Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers on enquiries and orders.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and assist in resolving order-related issues.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination or order processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
- Customer-oriented, organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
