The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you enjoy engaging with people, recommending the right products and achieving sales goals, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding retail career!

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalised product recommendations, answer enquiries and conduct product demonstrations.
- Deliver excellent service to maximise customer satisfaction and sales.
- Work with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and presentable.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality.
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and passionate about sales.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Able to handle customer concerns professionally and work towards sales targets.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to attend company-sponsored PWM and OPW training.
- Prior retail sales experience or product knowledge is an advantage.
