Position 1: Restaurant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the service and kitchen teams.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and manpower arrangements.
- Maintain food quality, customer service and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Monitor inventory, stock control and operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, organised and able to manage a team.
- Willing to be hands-on in daily restaurant operations.
Position 2: Captain / Service Crew
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take orders, serve food and attend to customers' needs.
- Assist with daily front-of-house operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table arrangement.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in restaurant service is preferred.
- Experience in Chinese restaurants or other restaurant concepts is welcome.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
