Job Description:
- Assist the F&B management team in overseeing daily shift operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervise, guide, and train floor staff, including servers, hostesses, and bartenders, on service standards and protocols.
- Monitor floor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure food and beverage items are properly stored and restocked.
- Provide excellent customer service, address guest feedback, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all floor operations.
- Track daily sales, assist with shift cash float reconciliations, and report revenue and expense figures to management.
- Lead the physical setup, floor coordination, and service execution for private events, banquets, and promotional functions in line with guest requirements.
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and fast service times.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level of a diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an F&B service environment, preferably in a senior lead or supervisor role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate floor teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and F&B service best practices.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
