Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR and administrative operations for approximately 80 employees.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Process work permit applications, renewals and cancellations via MOM portals.
- Handle BCA portal submissions and construction-related documentation.
- Arrange Safety Orientation Courses (SOC), safety training and certification renewals.
- Monitor employees' work pass validity and training records.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies, training providers and internal departments.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Must be proficient in MOM and BCA portals.
- Familiar with foreign worker administration and work pass procedures.
- Knowledge of construction safety training requirements, including SOC.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks.
