What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead day-to-day operations across front-of-house and kitchen.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain pristine cleanliness, tidiness, equipment functionality, and smooth service flow.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking during service hours to ensure strict adherence to recipes, cooking temperatures, food safety standards, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ensure festive/existing displays are set up to standard.
- Welcome guests warmly, offer menu recommendations, and handle complaints or feedback professionally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-shift staff briefings.
- Assist with hiring, performance evaluations, and resolving personnel issues across kitchen and floor staff.
- Manage stock ordering (ingredients and service supplies), staff rosters, billing, daily sales/ops reporting, and duty assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs) only
- Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience is preferred
- Comfortable working shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid WSQ Food Safety / Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate is a plus
- Good team player with a positive learning attitude
