Operations Runner – KitchenBase Singapore
We Are Hiring!
KitchenBase is looking for responsible, hardworking and proactive individuals to join our Operations Team as Operations Runners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate order collection and handovers with delivery riders.
- Monitor inventory, assist with stocktaking and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report operational issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards within the facility.
- Assist kitchen licensees and support daily operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Working Arrangements:
- 4 working days per week
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- 1-hour meal break
- Rotational off-days, including weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in F&B, logistics or order fulfilment is advantageous.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
