Warehouse Operations and Supervision
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities (including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipping) to ensure efficient workflows, proper duty allocation, and timely order fulfilment.
- Lead, guide, coach, and support staff (warehouse assistants and drivers), monitor performance, and train new team members to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Plan manpower, daily workloads, work schedules and adhere to shipment timelines. Coordinate with internal team to meet requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Identify and support initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, processes, layout, and inventory management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, highlight replenishment needs, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment, ensure proper housekeeping, and enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Inbound & Outbound operations
- Receive and acknowledge incoming goods from freight forwarders and delivery personnel
- Verify quantity of items against purchase orders to ensure accuracy
- Label and organize the inventory based on assigned country or destination
- Perform repacking of goods to support outbound shipment requirements in a timely manner
- Update and maintain inventory using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and share packing lists with internal teams via email (Outlook)
- Coordinate closely with the retail warehouse team on incoming shipments
General Warehouse Support
- Support stock counting and basic inventory checks when required
- Adhere to safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times
- Any other warehouse jobs as assigned by your Reporting Manager.
