Sales Coordinator (Order Processing), $3,000, Ubi
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
Location: Ubi
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations via email and phone.
- Process sales orders and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal sales teams.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules and shipment arrangements.
- Provide sales support and assist with project coordination.
- Prepare monthly sales and order status reports.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service or order processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and multitask.
- Candidates available immediately or on short notice are preferred.
