You will be our new-business hunter. You will find and win commercial clients for our cleaning services, from the first call or knock on the door, to the site visit, to a signed contract. You will work closely with our operations team so every new client is handed over smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Source and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing and walk-in visits to offices, shophouses, factories, retail and F&B outlets, and other commercial premises.
Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers (property managers, facility managers, business owners, procurement) and book appointments.
Conduct site visits, understand cleaning needs and present suitable service proposals.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
Follow up consistently on leads, quotations and renewals; keep the lead and pipeline log updated every day.
Meet agreed monthly targets for calls, appointments, quotations and closed contracts.
Hand over new clients to HR & Operations and stay in touch to support service quality and repeat business.
Gather market and competitor feedback to help us sharpen our pricing and offering.
About you
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Proven ability to start conversations with strangers and handle rejection with resilience; prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, business development or appointment setting is an advantage.
Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door prospecting, including regular outdoor visits.
Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, able to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
Clear, professional communication, with a well-groomed, professional presentation suitable for client-facing work.
Self-motivated, target-driven and well organised, with good follow-up discipline.
Able to use Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is a plus.
Experience in cleaning, facility management or property management is a plus.
