Job Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Ensure all site works comply with workplace safety, environmental, and QA/QC requirements.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure installation works are carried out according to approved construction drawings and specifications.
Identify and resolve site issues, including technical challenges, installation discrepancies, and safety concerns.
Prepare installation sequences, work schedules, and detailed micro-schedules for façade and aluminium glazing works.
Liaise with Main Contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other relevant parties on site coordination and quality matters.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily progress reports.
Maintain accurate records of site inspections, material deliveries, and construction activities.
Coordinate site inspections, testing, and quality checks with vendors, RTOs, and REs.
Plan and coordinate material and equipment deliveries to ensure smooth site operations.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing and submitting material samples, shop drawings, and mock-ups for approval.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in façade, aluminium, glazing, or construction site engineering works.
Familiarity with façade installation methods, construction drawings, and site coordination is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn.
