Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks according to standard recipes and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer orders, POS cashiering, and feedback with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Maintain daily operations, including opening/closing duties, workstation cleanliness, and equipment care.
- Monitor inventory levels and support promotional activities or new product launches.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or PR.
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day workweek, including Weekends and Public Holidays.
- Prior barista experience is a strong advantage.
- Passionate about customer service with a creative approach to preparing drinks.
- Efficient, well-organized, and able to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
