Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of Buildings
- Position Title: Site Engineer (Civil / RC Works)
- Working Location: Depend on the project
- Working Hours: 5.5 days / Alternate Sat (M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical & Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support PM/SPM in daily site operations.
- Monitor progress and schedules.
- Coordinate site works and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Arrange materials and deliveries.
- Plan construction activities and manpower.
- Maintain project records.
- Prepare progress reports and estimates.
- Review drawings, quantities, and BBS.
- Resolve technical and site issues.
- Perform ad-hoc duties.

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of Singapore construction experience, preferably civil/RC works.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Team player with multi-project coordination skills.
- Willing to learn and develop.
