Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a variety of premium products to walk-in customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and overall store presentation.
- Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct customer sales, retail or customer service.
- Experience in team supervision or coaching will be an advantage.
- Experience with premium retail, luxury brands or high-end FMCG products is preferred.
- Good command of English, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for sales and service excellence.
- Honest, reliable and professional, with a strong work ethic.
- Curious, creative and able to explain product features in a simple and engaging manner.
- Energetic, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Quarterly performance incentives based on customer feedback and individual/team sales performance.
- Average quarterly incentives of approximately SGD 800 – SGD 900, subject to performance and applicable criteria.
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
- Variable bonus, subject to the applicable scheme and eligibility.
- Paid annual leave.
- 14 days of paid outpatient sick leave, subject to statutory eligibility.
- Up to 60 days of paid hospitalisation leave, subject to statutory eligibility and conditions.
Additional Information
- Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8.25 hours per day.
- Training: On-the-job training provided.
