Procurement Executive
Salary: $3,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Location: Bugis
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for IT hardware, equipment and related services.
- Obtain and compare quotations, pricing, specifications and delivery terms.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Build good relationships with suppliers and resolve delivery or product-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, products and services is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
