Buyer (Junior Executive)
💰 Basic Salary: Up to SGD 3,200

📍 Location: Kallang Road, Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
📌 Employment Type: Direct Hire | Permanent Position
Job Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions, obtain quotations and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate purchasing activities based on demand, supplier lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ) and pricing.
- Liaise with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time.
- Work closely with Planning, Production and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to meet operational requirements.
- Resolve material shortages, manage excess inventory and support urgent purchasing
Requirements
Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or material planning.
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Good coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
