Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer demand and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules according to changing demand.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
- Coordinate with suppliers on material availability and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.
- Analyse inventory data and prepare supply chain reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or material planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory management and BOM is required.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
